This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through spam-killr.com.

Due to the digital nature of Spam Killr and immediate access to the software upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No Guaranteed Refunds
Spam Killr does not guarantee refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of use or misunderstanding of features
- Incorrect purchase (wrong license tier, quantity, etc.)
- Website incompatibility with your specific setup
- Conflicts with themes, plugins, hosting, or custom code
- Performance expectations not being met
- Spam filtering results (including blocked or missed submissions)
Because Spam Killr is highly configurable and depends on user-defined settings, outcomes may vary and are the responsibility of the end user.
3. Eligible Refund Requests (Limited Cases)
In rare cases, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion if:
- The software is completely non-functional on a standard WordPress installation
- A critical issue exists that prevents basic use of the plugin
- The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
- You have contacted support and allowed reasonable time for troubleshooting
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
4. Required Troubleshooting
Before any refund is considered, you must:

- Provide details of the issue
- Allow us an opportunity to resolve the problem
Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting may result in denial of a refund request.
5. Digital Product Access
Once Spam Killr has been:
- Downloaded
- Installed
- Activated
- Or license key issued
It is considered delivered in full, and access to the software cannot be “returned.”
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Revoke your license
- Suspend access to the software
- Deny future purchases
7. License Revocation Upon Refund
If a refund is issued:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- Access to updates and support will be terminated
- Continued use of the software is prohibited
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Price changes after purchase
- Discounts or promotions applied after your transaction
9. Subscription or Renewal Terms (If Applicable)
If Spam Killr offers recurring billing or renewals in the future:
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date
